My current role on the Business Impact Assessment (BIA) is to look at the impacts to the company based on the introduction of new operating systems.The impact assessment includes analyzing the functionality of current systems and comparing these with the proposed new systems. This leads to a smooth transition with minimal disruption to the Business. I analyse the impacts to the business and then categorize them. i am responsible for reviewing all system and process impacts and work against aggressive timelines in a fast-paced environment. Once the report, based on my findings, is compiled, it is delivered through a cross functional review for other departments across the business. The findings are then added to the business readiness plan to prepare for changes. Prior to this role, I was supporting the inbound Consumer Customer Queue in the role of point of contact. I provided support to new and established agents in the live environment with regard to customer queries and set expectations to resolution.
