We make handmade, locally-sourced gourmet Hawaiian Macadamia Granola products, with some favorite island flavors -- Macadamia, Coconut, Ginger, Coffee, and Turmeric (`olena, one of the 'canoe plants'). This was served daily for 20 years at Hilo's historic Shipman House Bed & Breakfast to rave reviews. ("Kipimana" is the Hawaiian pronunciation for "Shipman".) We are still the same company, same recipes, and the same Aloha! Kipimana Hawaiian Granola is served at some of the finest resorts in the state, and can be found at select grocery outlets. We do custom recipes for several clients, sell online, and ship throughout the USA. "The Granola Worth Serving!"

We restored my ancestral family home in Hilo, a Victorian on the State and National Historic Registers, and opened it to 20 years of guests from around the world. Our breakfast buffet included a colorful palette of locally-grown fruits and our Macadamia Nut Granola with an assortment of toppings. That granola started the Kipimana Hawaiian Granola Company.
