I managed the complete payroll process using Paycor Payroll Services from all employee information setup including benefits and time management. I conduct the new hire orientation and onboarding. I manage the benefits renewal and open enrollment. I am responsible for the payroll related general ledger entries including accruals. I handle all tax setup and inquires. I am the 401k plan and Non Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan administrator. I manage the 401k and BWC, audits and supply payroll information for the financial audit and bank audits. I transmit the 401k and Non Qualified Plans contributions to the appropriate carriers. I manage the employee expense reports approval and payment using Concur Solutions and paper expense reports. I process and maintain the monthly bank account reconciliations and provide requested backup for the bank audit. I am responsible for FMLA and ACA compliance.
