Recruited to facilitate the conversion of a decentralized occupational health and wellness program model to a shared services program model. Responsible for the administrative oversight of Division Occupational Health, Workers’ Compensation and Wellness Services for Abbott Nutrition global locations (7 US sites / 7 international locations) and the emergency response program for Franklin County, which is comprised of 3 sites and 14 buildings.• Championed team to develop 5,000 square foot, state of the art corporate fitness center. • Developed and implemented transition plan for the adoption of shared corporate services for medical and family leave. • Develop vendor specifications for services and negotiate contracts for health services.
