Throughout my career, I have focused on working with learners with special needs and finding innovative ways to make challenging concepts accessible and engaging. By analyzing the learners and the learning environment, I have developed a keen ability to identify possibilities where others may see problems. This skill has allowed me to think outside the box and design learning solutions to maximize engagement and meet goals. One of the main reasons I was drawn to instructional design is that I possess many of the core competencies required for success in this field. Collaboration, self-direction, leadership, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and a deep understanding of adult learning theories are some of the strengths I bring to the table. These competencies have proven invaluable in my previous work as an educator, where I constantly sought to create a productive and successful learning environment.I recently completed the Applied Instructional Design Academy, where I acquired technical expertise in various tools and methodologies. I am proficient in using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 to develop interactive and engaging e-learning courses. I am also well-versed in creating storyboards and design documents to guide the development process. Additionally, I am familiar with both the ADDIE model and Agile processes, allowing me to adapt to different project requirements and deliver high-quality results. As part of the academy, I had the opportunity to submit work samples, which were reviewed by experienced instructional designers in the field. I carefully incorporated feedback to refine my work and ensure it met the required standards. I believe that this iterative process has helped me develop a strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to collaborate with your business to maximize employee engagement and productivity while maintaining a safe and profitable work environment. I am confident in my ability to design and develop learning solutions that align with your organization's goals and objectives.I would welcome the chance to discuss how my skills and experiences can contribute to your team.
