About Barbara Collette

Barbara is a member of the International Yoga Alliance, Associated Massage and Bodywork Professionals, International Kundalini Research Institute and Rangrig Yeshe . She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) focused in Holistic Healing from Columbia and a Business Degree from SUNY Empire State College. Barbara is the owner and founder of the Innersanctuary Meditation Center since 2000. She is an experienced hatha and kundalini yoga teacher/trainer, meditation teacher and massage therapist, and has completed a three-month long retreat in Shyalpa Monastery in Kathmandu, Nepal.From her upbringing on a small farm in upstate NY to her travels to India and Nepal she has developed keen insight into the human condition. She enlivens and enriches the lives of those that come in contact with her.
