As a Home Marketing Consultant for Offerpad , I worked in a hybrid role in real estate Acquisitions and Dispositions in the expansive Jacksonville Division, covering Northeast Florida. Assessing homes to be purchased by Offerpad by attending pre-purchase inspections, meeting with home sellers and their agents, assessing the potential for renovations or repairs, and providing pre-purchase market data were the major responsibilities on the home acquisition side.
