CurrentResponsible for the seamless onboarding and offboarding of consultants at Credit Suisse. Using Beeline system to manage IT accesses. Conducting comprehensive trainings for both Vendors and Internal Business Partners, ensuring a high standard of relationship building with stakeholders. Proficiently analyzing and resolving intricate client queries. Collaborating closely with high-level stakeholders, including Business Owners and Managing Directors, to facilitate resource hiring and management. Effectively managing a challenging workload, SLAs, and KPIs while handling multiple significant vendor accounts.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding of consultants from various professions.• Delivering exceptional customer service to Business Owners, vendor representatives, and candidates.• Providing comprehensive trainingon Contingent Worker Lifecycle Management and the Beeline VMS system.• Proactively managing contact extensions and addressing risk situations.• Engaging with client stakeholders, running reports, and serving as a liaison between teams.• Collaborating on contract creation, amendments, and extensions.• Providing client service support and efficiently handling tasks.• Integral member of the Break Glass Extensions Team, collectively responsible for managing the Break Glass process throughout the year.
