Barbara A. Etheridge is the co-founder of Purpose Vision Family Ministries, Waldorf, Maryland. There, she is on an assignment from God to turn the hearts of families back to God and to each other. In so doing, she values and seeks to add even greater value to the people of God of all walks of life. There is nothing more precious and fulfilling and rewarding than to see God's creation to be in a right relationship with their creator God. This mission shall be accompblished through the power and demonstration of teaching, preaching and living the authentic, genuine, legitimate Word of God under the unction and the anointing of the Holy Ghost. Her ultimate desire in this life, is to do what's on God's heart and to do what's on His mind. Thus, she has yielded herself to be used by God that He might be Glorified in the earth.Pastor Etheridge is also an Executive Director and certified teacher, speaker, & coach of the John Maxwell Team. She has a heart to empower emerging leaders to lead and be the best they can be. Therefore, she not only teach, speak and coach on leadership, she also lives the proven methods of leadership taught by John C. Maxwell. These proven methods of leadership has literally transformed her life and way of thinking about leadership.
