- Partner with Department Leaders to facilitate a needs-based analysis - Oversight of the e-Learning Platform - Provide subject matter expertise and documentation for e-Learning and multimedia - Organize and help maintain up-to-date training procedure manuals and course materials such as handouts and visual materials - Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs- Conduct orientation sessions to assess the level of skills- Help employees improve upon or enhance existing skills- Evaluate training effectiveness- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team goals- Assist managers in identifying new strategies and programs to attract candidates- Coordinate the search and selection process- Prescreen candidates for required skills, experience, and aptitude- Support in the Talent Review Process
