Barbara is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA®) who has worked in the applied field of behavioural science since 2001. In addition Barbara is also trained in Autism Diagnosis using both the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule 2 (ADOS-2) and the Autism Diagnosis Interview - Revised (ADI-R).Barbara has experience working with individuals of all ages who present with high frequency and high intensity behaviours that challenge, and is a highly experienced behavioural practitioner. During her career she has undertaken complex work across the education, health and social care sectors. Barbara has held senior leadership and management roles and has designed and transformed care and support services across numerous employment settings. Barbara is passionate about workforce development, practice leadership and improving staff wellbeing.
