I have over 30 years of experience in the legal sector, and during the course of a squiggly career, have navigated my way from secretary, to paralegal, to lawyer, to legal operations leader and today, partnership at Simmons & Simmons. I've spent the last 20 years in the legal operations space (some of that time in-house, some in law firms) surrounded by diverse talent that demonstrates the magic you can make when you bring lawyers together with multi-disciplinary specialists.My mission is to generate meaningful and long-lasting change in the legal sector, by balancing an outward focus on new and emerging opportunities with an inward focus on unlocking value within our people, processes, data and systems. I thrive on bringing together people with diverse experience and skills into a collaborative and inclusive environment, where we challenge the status quo and think differently. I am also passionate about improving the client and employee experience, and I co-chair the Gender Network at Simmons & Simmons. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, a CILEX Lawyer, and a Menopause Champion.
