Director of Outpatient clinic offering psychiatric and therapy services, TMH EAP department and Inpatient Social Services department. Team facilitator for individuals admitted to state facility. Developed and monitored individualized recovery plans using program developed by Dr. Singh. Participated on Risk Management, Mortality Review and Medical Records committees.

Supervised Forensic/Civil depeatments of Compentcy Restoration. Directly supervised 9 staff, with 45 second level reports. Managed the admission and transfers of all Forensic patients to hospital. Team facilitator for unit of forensic patients declard ITP or NGI. Member of Clincial Executive Board and Quality Improvement commitee. Particiapted in CARF accreditation process.
