Ive spent almost my entire career in the insurance field. Worked for 16 years at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.'s RI Office beginning administratively and finalizing as a licensed insurance broker. Began a second career phase with Gallagher Bassett Services as a National Account Manager beginning January of 1999, up to January 2013, at which point my career with GB had ended. All together I've spent 31 years at Gallagher.I followed with a fairly short stint at Globex International Group in Shelton, CT as an Account Executive with concentration on the U. S. and Canadian insurance placements of our broad client base. Globex is a highly specialized risk management and underwriting firm with a network of over 160 countries in which to place insurance. Our clients are A+ rated insurers as well as Captives needing assistance with their international insurance needs. We act as a full working international department for our clients in which Globex will various lines of coverages around the world and assist our insureds with their global capabilities. We are experts on country nuances and laws. I now work as a Claims Risk Analyst in the Risk Management Dept of IGT Global Solutions Corporation in Providence, RI. Work consists of claims oversight on a national basis as well as various other functions within the complexities of the Risk Management Group.
