Quality Management Systems Coach and Trainer. Currently successfully coached clients from ISO9001:2008 to ISO9001:2015. Special short-term project to complied data for analysis to identify risk suppliers while still working at M & G during slow season.

Duties included corporate Safety and Training Coordinator, overseeing 18 prison manufacturing operations with the Department of Corrections. Conducted Quality College (Phil Crosby) training for all Georgia Correctional Institute personnel, and developed the customer complaint and corrective action system which reduced scrap and return significantly. Also conducted Safety Site visits, investigated accidents, and conducted 10-hour safety courses as OSHA Outreach Trainer receiving an award for state employees for the reduction of incidents/accidents. Worked with many Community Colleges to develop and maintain on-the-job training programs for the manufacturing jobs to provide inmates with on-the-job training certificates. Manufacturing included eyeglasses, metalwork’s (file cabinets), office panel systems, chairs, furniture, cleaning supplies and soap, printing operations, clothing, road signs and license plates. Sought and accepted a position where I would be closer to my first grandson and daughter-in-law who moved to east coast while my son was deployed.

As an outside contractor for Center of International Standards, I was able to work with clients to acheive ISO registation. Conducted audits at variety of manufacturing companies within Georgia, conducted internal auditor and management representative training.

Successfully implemented ISO9002 quality system for 3rd party logistics (Lexmark), 450 employee with 4 separate individual divisions in 13 months. Negotiated contacts with registrar. Reported to Vice President. Responsiblies included the ISO 9002 program in Atlanta Georgia. Directed and monitored ISO Coordinators at both facilities. Conducted variety of training classes. Traveled at various locations in Memphis, Dallas and Elk Grove Village, IL meeting with all levels of employees, management and customers. Results included process improvement plans resulting in reduction of non-conformance, increased moral and communications for non-ISO registered companies. Company was sold, accepted a position with reduced travel.

Project Manager for successful QS9002 for plastic-injection molding supplier to General Motors in 13 months. Reported to President. Selected and negotiated contact with registrar. Auditor for Mississippi Quality Award (Malcolm Baldrige). Offered position to implement and manage ISO and Quality Programs for multiple sites.

Project Manager of successful Implementation ISO9002 for first third-party logistics provider in Georgia. Licensed by Georgia Tech to conduct Indoctrination, Documantation, Internal Auditing of their programs. Offered a position to implement QS9000.

ISO Coordinator for two of three sister facilities, responsible for internal and supplier audits, inventory control analysis, ISO training for internal employees. Developed document control system used by several facilities within the organization. Offered position to implement ISO:9002.
