I currently work as an Independent Contractor who is authorized to do work for Priority Dispatch Corp (PDC). PDC is an international dispatch system provider for emergency services. As an Independent Contractor for them, I provide real-time quality improvement services, provide clients with an analytical view of the quality improvement process, assist clients with recognizing and applying targeted trainingrecommendations, analyze data, report the findings, and present the information to the clients in real-time. I am a certification and software course instructor, provide support for software implementation projects, mentor and coach team members, and complete quality assurance | quality improvement work by auditing emergency calls. I am enthusiastic about helping others. As a QPR team member and leader, my many years of experience in emergency services benefits dispatchers and their organizational leaders and is a rewarding way to "pay it forward" to others. My career highlights include, but are not limited to, manufacturing technology, leadership roles in the public safety profession, such as Communications Training Officer (CTO), (emergency) Communications Manager | Director | Chief, Project Manager, and Analyst. Some of the problems that I have solved are designing and implementing structured training programs and recruit academies, and designing training manuals. Rather than committing to one leadership style, mine varies depending on organizational or departmental needs. I influence outcomes by being intrinsically motivated to put in the extra effort to successfully reach a goal.I have a proven history in instruction, facilitation, oral and written communication skills, project management, coaching, mentoring, collaboration, and innovation.
