Bolivia

• Led innovative programming in indigenous rights and economic empowerment, one of first programs of its kind in Bolivia addressing indigenous rights issues.• Expanded programming into 1 new department and into secondary urban centers.• Elected as Chair of Board of PROCOSI, internationally renowned consortium of health INGO and local NGOS in Bolivia; enhanced strategic partnership with national government during national government political sensitivity and concern with U.S. based interests. • Led emergency preparedness and response focusing on major floods of 2006 and 2007.

• Stabilized CO viability from projected $6m USD pa to $8m - $10m pa.• Led establishment of INGO consortium and fostered strong engagement with Government of Honduras enabling direct funding of c. $7m USD pa from GoH to consortium for development programming. • Led significant organizational change process in CO and region increasing gender and diversity in CO staff and in programming approaches.
