At HTEC, award-winning creativity sits alongside deep engineering skills to re-imagine what's possible.HTEC teams deliver engineering excellence across a full spectrum of services, from product conceptualization and design, to sophisticated engineering across domains and technologies, including big data systems, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and platforms development, to robotics, custom devices and IoT.My Responsibilities:• Responsible for managing successful recruitment of various types and levels of tech and non-tech positions.• Acts as first point of contact to all HTEC hiring managers, providing recruitment services to multiple teams dedicated to various clients with a strong focus on planning and execution of recruitment in accordance with current and future business needs.• Works on full lifecycle hiring for strategic job positions.• Initiates and creates specific hiring strategies. Supports TA Team members in strategy realization.• In collaboration with senior management and HTEC Head of Talent acquisition, analyses future recruitment needs, prioritizes open positions, creates action plans and executes plans to fill the vacancies on time and with best talents.• Reports recruitment outcomes for defined projects/roles/initiatives regarding quantity and quality of hires, monthly and quarterly plans delivery and status of recruitment initiatives. • Leads and directly manages team of 5 TA Coordinators. Provides guidance and direction to dedicated TA team members in order to increase effectiveness and efficiency of group performance and results.• Defines and prioritizes roles and tasks in the team and leads direct reports. As a direct manager, creates PDPs and supports team members personally and professionally.• Manages TA activities related to company expansion in their area of responsibilities. Supports peers in new regions.
