Before this role, I was the Business Technical Services Manager at a leading FMCG company, where I had the privilege of leading digital transformation initiatives across a geographical cluster. In this capacity, I worked closely with cross-functional teams to modernize operations, improve digital capabilities, and implement cutting-edge technologies to streamline business processes. Starting my career as an engineer, I have progressively taken on more leadership roles, enabling me to combine hands-on technical expertise with a strong strategic vision.
