As a LiveOps Designer, my focus is on creating, balancing, and executing in-game events and economies that are re-playable and engaging. So far I have created 5 mayor events with new features and unique economies.I analyze the events performance and player feedback to rebalance and re-theme them for LiveOps cycles. I am also involved in the creation and updating of new tools to facilitate the creation of future content.

I designed, crafted, tested, balanced, and published over 230 individual levels comprised of several rooms each. The design includes the narrative for the chapter, it's levels, monsters, and bosses. I gathered qualitative and quantitative data from players and iterated on the difficulty.I also designed and created a chapter-making tool in excel where game data is imported to help designers create chapters following design principles and parameters.Besides creating content for the game. I also planned and executed the Player Support, Community Management, and Social Media strategy for the game, and later trained and handled the outsourcing partners.

We in Games Finland is an organization that aims to increase diversity and inclusiveness in the Games Industry. In my second term, I focused on work related to the Speaker's list project, collaborating with other associations, and ensuring a good growth for the organization.

I designed a player admin tool to handle player issues. I also designed all processes regarding contact with players: Player Support, Social Media, and Community Management, while also processing requests myself. I also handled and analyzed player feedback regarding in-game events and challenges and helped designers iterate on them.

I developed a LiveOps tool with which I ran tournaments and competitions on monthly cycles. All descriptions, rules, graphics, and other documentation for events was also made by me. After the events I collected player data and analyzed and iterated the impact of the events. Any changes required to be made in Unity were also handled by me. Besides LiveOps, I remained in charge of Support and Community Management flows and processes.

My main tasks were to receive players issues, identify sources of problems and working with QA and developers to fix bugs. I developed tools and systems to successfully turn players' feedback into actionable features. I made adjustments and changes to the game via Unity as my expertise grew.
