The Piedmont Language School (PLS) was founded more than 35 years ago by a group of visionary Piedmont parents who passionately believed that all our kids should have the chance to learn foreign languages during the elementary school years, when language learning comes most naturally to them. Since then, hundreds of Piedmont students have been introduced to Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese and French through PLS programs, gaining a head start in becoming global citizens.
