My experiences have had the foundations of learning, leadership, communication and team building through all of my employment regardless of industry. My strengths support these foundations and these foundations continue to build my strengths. I have been fortunate to engage with employment situations that fuel my passions. As a result of these jobs I have reaped success and achievement. Some of these achievements include planning and implementing the longest running amateur road racing event in North America resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction; planning and implementing the inaugural safety symposium brining together global experts and their research making options available for increased individual safety; creating training and operation manuals where none existed previously resulting in consistency of talent skill and organization training success.
