Under this contract, Arkansas DHS has the ability to rapidly scale the episode approach to address 50% to 75% of medical spend over the next 3 to 4 years. With the launch of the first five episodes in 2012 across multiple payers and creating financial accountability for over 1,000 provider organizations, the APII is already the largest implementation of episode-based payment services in the US.Architect, develop and maintain complex and advanced BI capabilities such as semantic layers, data models, scheduled, on-demand and bursted reports, data visualization, access, capacity and performance management using OBIEE. Determine scope and level of effort in order to assign projects to BI developers. Responsible for BI deployment to test and production environments using TortoiseSVN.
