The company provided IT security solutions to Irish based companies in the private and public sectors. Entropy was considered to be the leader of this market in Ireland.At its peak Entropy turned over more than €15 M and employed more than 90 people. Following the dotcom crash in 2001/02 Entropy had to rationalise operations . Whist this was a challenging period, important lessons and skills were learned from it.
