Responsible for project management of all integrated marketing campaigns and web-to-print programs. Managed schedules, budgets and implementation of multi-touch marketing programs. Responsible for training production and creative teams in all aspects of print production, including sheetfed, digital, large format, outdoor media, silk screen, substrates, finishing techniques and bindery. Introduced a variety of materials and techniques into our collateral material offerings, including aluminum, Plexiglas, Japanese silk fabrics, wood, thermochromic inks, laser die cutting, elaborate foil stamping and embossing. Put together a team of superior vendors and managed all production specifications, estimates and negotiations. Solved difficult printing challenges by creating and implementing a program of testing, including ink draw-downs, building a library of exotic varnishes and finishes on different substrates, testing different foil stamping, embossing and die cutting technologies (including laser die cutting) on different substrates. Provided expert on-press color correcting and approvals.

Responsible for consulting with creative teams to develop dynamic and cost-effective print and promotion material production strategies and options. Manage all print, magazine and newspaper ads, collateral and direct mail projects for Pfizer, Bristol-Myers/ Sanofi-Aventis and MasterCard accounts including over $10 million in projects in 2006 and 2007. Develop all required production estimates, production specifications, retouching and approvals. Develop cost-savings program to reflect changes in postal regulations to maximize marketing budget effectiveness. Representative projects: Launched fund-raising campaign for Animal Care and Control, including outdoor media and collateral print. Produced 3 streams of 11 mailings for Relationship Marketing direct mail campaigns for Plavix including newsletters, slide charts, brochures, and CD's. Produced In-Office Brochures for Lipitor in English plus for 7 ethnic markets in 7 languages.
