I am a passionate, motivated and down to earth trainer and coach with the ability to engage and empower delegates in developing to the best of their ability, either in the classroom or 1:1. Whilst I specialise in the Financial Sector due to my background, my skills are extremely transferable across a variety of businesses. I deliver a very hands on style of training ensuring the content is delivered professionally but with fun as I truly believe you need to enjoy what you're learning in order to make it stick! I'm at my best delivering to delegates, bringing to life the course content and inspiring them to be the best they can. I have honed my skills in leading successful teams and developing others throughout a 30 year career in Retail Banking and can support and inspire delegates with real life experiences and success stories. I've recently began supporting Apprentices as tutor and end point assessor on the new Trail Blazer Apprenticeships and get a real buzz out of helping these young people begin their careers. I also work in schools and the voluntary sector where I've worked closely with young people in developing their financial capability and employability skills.
