As operations manager, I am part of the daily management and I support the scientific researchers of my departments with the organization of, in particular, personnel and financial matters.Within the organization I gladly contribute to the optimization of the business processes by jointly formulating and realizing goals in project groups.I work solution-oriented, have a pragmatic approach and think in terms of possibilities. I feel at home in an organization that appeals to my versatility.I know the organization and the required external networks and I know who to contact to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. Especially when various facets are involved, from project to department, from budget to justification of the figures.I like to figure things out, to collect information, with an eye for detail, but I also want to see the overall picture. I enjoy getting things sorted out, both independently and in a team of colleagues.Science-related subjects (especially biology, food technology) interest me, but so far I have no experience with that in terms of content.
