* Responsible for large retail chain clients throughout Central and South America* Travel internationally to deliver interactive presentations, manage relationships with buyers, and resolutely pursue the sale* Manage full series of direct import sales process, beginning with identifying trends across a multitude of consumer product categories including seasonal, electronics, home health, beauty, fashion, stationery and consumable programs* Total administration of assigned accounts with the preparation of quotes, sales information, and important product details* Ability to negotiate best product pricing between buyers and overseas manufacturers* Responsible for the accurate process and execution of customer’s orders so they can be expedited from Asia in a timely manner* Supervise all aspects of final product completion including item, packaging artwork and pre-production sample approvals* Manage import logistics including monitoring shipping schedules and reviewing container consolidation* Troubleshoot challenges, problem solve, field questions, and demonstrate steady follow-up with clients* Arrange all aspects of account visits to include the scheduling of meeting agendas, hosting business meals, providing transportation, and ensuring client needs are being met* Achieve revenue growth on yearly basis
