In 2007 and 2009, for a month at a time, I had the fortunate opportunity to study at the R.I.M.Y.I. (Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute) in Pune, India. Over the past 22 years, I have also studied with many Senior Iyengar instructors throughout the United States and continue to take weekly classes to deepen my practice as well as my teaching skills.
