I provided reference and research help to a variety of patrons including students, faculty, and outside researchers. This also included technology help and one-on-one instruction about how to use citation software and various databases and online tools. I also helped manage a team of student workers, training them in shelving duties as well as general circulation practices.

In 2014, I concluded a dual-degree Master's program in Library and Information Science and Art History. I also wrote an art history thesis concerning the contemporary pro-immigrant art movement to conclude the degree.

I worked with the team that created, installs, and manages the Digital Archive of Documents of 20th Century Latin American and Latino Art. I created finding aides for particular subjects files, edited/created catalog records in inMagic Genie and processed records boxes of litigation files. I also conducted research within the archives for content to be input in the ACLU's intranet.

I cataloged books using InMagic Genie software and AACR2 standards. I also provided research assistance internally as well as to several private entities using the Lindesmith Library and the Drug Policy Alliance's archives. In addition, I assisted with an extensive digitization project that included all in-house vertical files.
