CurrentProperty Management:•Manage day-to-day operations of multifamily properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, leasing, and budgeting.•Oversee financial performance, ensuring rent collections, financial reporting, and expense control align with property goals.•Ensure compliance with HUD 202/8 regulations, Tax Credit requirements, and fair housing laws.•Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely property repairs and improvements.•Lead resident engagement initiatives, focusing on retention and community satisfaction.Corporate Trainer:•Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for property management staff, focusing on compliance, customer service, leasing strategies, and operational excellence.•Mentor and coach new hires and existing team members, enhancing skills in areas such as property operations, regulatory compliance, and tenant management.•Develop training materials, including manuals, workshops, and e-learning modules, tailored to HUD 202/8 and Tax Credit properties.•Conduct performance assessments and provide actionable feedback to promote continuous improvement within the team.File Auditor (202/8 & Tax Credit):•Perform meticulous file audits for HUD 202/8 and Tax Credit properties, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements and internal standards.•Review tenant files for accuracy and compliance, verifying income eligibility, recertifications, and proper rent calculations.•Collaborate with property management teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions where needed.•Stay current with industry updates, ensuring compliance with changes in HUD regulations, Tax Credit policies, and fair housing requirements.•Prepare audit reports and assist with responding to external agency reviews and inspections.
