• Create virtual interactive training courses using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia Studio.• Assist clients with all areas of implementation for the Velocity product including, training, installation and support. • Deliver group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical and operational areas for Velocity Application and Maintenance, Velocity Forms Mapping Utility and Velocity Decision Engine.• Create custom reports for clients using Crystal Reports for use with EasyLender Mortgage and IDM products.• Ensure all client requests are responded to in a timely manner meeting the client’s expectations.• Ability to troubleshoot system issues by recreating in test environment and reporting to development.• Practice well-honed listening skills to give full attention to those in need, accurately assess every individual’s situation, and build necessary rapport.• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
