For 7 years I was responsible for the sales and service of up to 9 award winning banking centers . Responsible for team building, coaching, mentoring, product marketing, marketing communication and reaching company goals. Annual Company Impact Award winner in 2005.

For 9 years, I was responsible for the distinctly different operations departments of customer service, proof, statement processing, treasury management, the mail room & switch board, deposit services and research and adjustments. Implemented branch feedback system and performance standards and reporting drmatically improving morale and decreasing staffing levels. Many of these systems are still used by the company today.
