I am fortunate to have played a part in the history and the future of transportation infrastructure, with over 25 years of experience, with state, and city agencies. Working and living through the extraordinary transformation of the Austin area, becoming a modern-day "boomtown", is the equivalent of Inspiration Delivered! Our agencies, companies, and firms have been dreaming up a winning combination of bold transit plans and growth. My demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically, about business and technical challenges, coincides with my skills to build and convey compelling project propositions and work cross-organizationally to build consensus. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and grit is my hallmark. My ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, has been a cornerstone for my achievements. Communication and presentation skills are critical, as President of a local Toastmasters club, I encouraged others to stand up and speak out. My passion for public service extended throughout my life and career with volunteering for community organizations, boards and agencies. It is imperative that we give of our time to create a better community and a better world.
