Executive Assistant To The President
Current• Serve as a gatekeeper to CEO; manage complicated calendars, schedules, agendas, and itineraries including international and domestic travel, meetings, and teleconferences • Collaborate with CEO on confidential special projects, plan bi-yearly national sales meetings, quarterly Town Halls, and ongoing special events • Provide cross-functional team leadership enhancing communication between CEOs direct reports, departments, and retail stores fostering collaboration and teamwork • Manage Office Administrator/Receptionist • Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with resorts, vendors, caterers, and other providers for travel and special event services, saving at least $50K annually • Provide coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional conflict-resolution support to staff • Serve as the executive key point person by coordinating new business solutions, managing outside vendors and third-party service providers • Ensure follow-through of all meeting-generated action items • Ascertain and preserve the confidentiality of all company communications and documents • Proactively contributes insights and ideas that improve team processes and culture • Manage internal security, security camera, and phone platforms
