Expertise in hiring, motivating and coaching for the region’s 230 employees. Responsibilities included sales management & accountability, operations, audits and customer relations. Project lead and coordinator for the Company with a name change intiative from Ohio Savings to Amtrust in 2007. Instrumental in developing a formal branch incentive plan. Partnered with branch services and support to create enhanced operational efficiencies. 100% branch audits passed including internal and external audits. Trusted advisor and partner to all business line executives. Increased region profitability and substantially reduced expenses during my tenure.
