Hello,Thank you for reading my bio I hope you will enjoy all the information I provided.I had a love for real estate since I was a little girl. My father built homes and I was always around helping him. Once I was older I decided to obtain my real estate license and help people with their dream of owning a home. I decided to became a realtor for Indiana and Illinois and worked with a company named McColly Better Homes and Gardens. I had great mentors and learned a lot about the real estate market for existing homes and new construction. I moved to Florida in 1998 and started to rehab homes in the Clearwater area. I enjoyed taking tired sad homes and making them come alive once again. When I completed a home I needed to find a family to make the house a home. So I had to go back to real estate state school to get my Florida Real Estate License. Once I received my license I continued to take classes so I can be the best I can be to make sure I provide the best customer service possible. I completed the courses for the GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) and received my certification for RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist). I received my Brokers license and I am a Florida Real Estate Instructor. Recently earned the Community Association Manager license.I was born in Harvey Illinois and age 13 moved to South Holland, Illinois where I lived for 25 years. I graduated in 1970 from Thornridge High School, in Dalton Illinois, home of the Falcons. Than in 1990 I moved to Crown Point Indiana than I moved to Dyer Indiana. I have two Son’s who live in Dyer Indiana one is a Chrysler Mechanic and the other is a Financial Analysis for NiSource. I was blessed to also have a beautiful daughter-in-law and three grandsons.
