Either through Individual Coaching, Leadership & Team Development Programs or a combination of both.After 25 years of experience in the corporate world, including 6 years as a General Manager, I love to be at the side of leaders helping and guiding them to bring out the best in themselves and in the people that work for them. I have an international background, traveled around the world and live and work since 2001 in Italy.As the Italian Partner of Authentic Leadership the approach is no nonsense, we believe in the inner strength of people and that they can empower themselves.
