Results are sustainable.Our approach is no nonsense. We believe in the inner strength of people and that they can empower themselves. But only need a little help and insight to start a continuous development process.We work with medium and large organizations in The Netherlands (and now internationally) like Aegon, Rabobank, Towers Watson, Ministry of Defence, Schiphol, several other banks and insurance companies.We created our own philosophy named Authentic Leadership, which we wrote down in 2005 in the Dutch bestseller Authentiek Leiderschap. The book is translated in English (Authentic Leadership, discover and live your mission).We lecture Authentic Leadership at Nyenrode Business University and the Governance University, thereby reaching many international business leaders.Our Mission is to spread the philosophy internationally, because we believe that good leadership results in more fulfilled people and organizations.----Authentiek Leiderschap is een bureau voor leiderschapsontwikkeling.
