DB Diagnósticos is a Brazilian laboratory that has become a reference in the field of ​​clinical analysis. With agile professionals and a planned structure, it is capable of performing 21 million tests per month.As a Laboratory Technical Assistant in the ELISA sector, I am responsible for:• Receipt of samples.• Perform immunoenzymatic assays to diagnose diseases such as: Lupus Erythematosus, Dengue, Chikungunya, Arthritis, Gastritis, Ulcer, Celiac Disease and Thrombosis.• Equipment maintenance following established protocols.• Monthly and weekly inventory.

The internship at Federal University of Pernambuco put me in daily contact with several laboratories where I learned about the field of ​​Biotechnology and the use of laboratory instruments.As a Volunteer Intern, I was responsible for:• Assist in experiments with mouse models.• Organization of laboratories.• Cleaning of glassware and biomedical instruments.
