I am responsible for managing a multi-million dollar budget through overseeing and directing the company's corporate advertising initiatives, agent/mutual co-op advertising programs, community relations endeavors and Grinnell Mutual Group Foundation operations. My focus is to represent and guide Grinnell Mutual through upholding our corporate brand, serving more than 2,000 affiliated agents and farm mutual companies, developing and marketing our comprehensive personal and commercial lines products, and serving as an outstanding socially responsible partner to our 840 employees as well as the communities and customers we serve. My strong background in communications offers the ability to review, edit and write timely marketing information, develop advertising and branding campaigns through multiple media channels, and direct corporate meetings and social activities.In 2020, I facilitated corporate donations totaling more than $100,000 for local pandemic and derecho relief to businesses, non-profits and individuals, and served nearly 1,500 meals to community members and front-line health care and public safety workers.
