I've enjoyed a rewarding career in media with honed skills in marketing strategy, print, digital, social and experiential sales. Thousands of integrated campaigns were created using print, digital and promotional elements to maximize results for my clients over too many years to count (hi NOW). I love engaging in a consultative and collaborative discussion, shaping campaigns that specifically address their most important objectives.In my role as Director Operations and now as Managing Director, I'm proud to take the lead in creating a festival that takes an 'artists first' approach, presenting the best emerging talent to enthusiastic audiences in a series of showcases that reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion. I'm a firm believer in life long learning and nothing makes me happier than over-delivering!
