Executive Assistant To Superintendent
CurrentCoordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and special events, including preparing agendas and materials.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including screening phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handling correspondence on behalf of the Superintendent.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the Superintendent.Maintain confidential files and records, including personnel files, contracts, and sensitive documents.Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and grant proposals.Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Superintendent and other staff members as needed.Attend meetings and distribute meeting notes and action items as required.Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the school district.Serve as the School Board Election Official, overseeing all aspects of elections, candidate filings, ballot preparation, and result tabulation.
