Prior to joining Cofle, I honed my linguistic, communication, and financial skills across diverse sectors, including Education, Real Estate, and Healthcare. Currently, I lead the Group's internal and external communications, as well as its Investor Relations (IR), ESG reporting and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. My primary role at Cofle is to maintain an excellent global image for the Group. I leverage every resource available to articulate our Vision, Mission, and enduring Values with clarity and impact.I foster relationships with domestic and international authorities, the press, and media outlets to elevate the Group's brand awareness. My responsibilities encompass designing and overseeing written, video, and graphic content for our website and social media channels, ensuring they remain up-to-date. In collaboration with the IAM and OE Directors, I develop and implement our marketing strategies and sponsored campaigns.

Since the company's listing in November 2021, I have been responsible for managing investor relations at Cofle S.p.A. My role involves ensuring transparent and effective communication with our investors and stakeholders, handling all related compliance matters, and organizing strategic meetings and presentations.Key responsibilities include:- Leading investor meetings and roadshows to maintain strong relationships and provide regular updates on company performance.- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in financial reporting and disclosures.- Preparing and delivering impactful financial presentations and reports that reflect the company’s achievements and future strategies.- Acting as the primary contact for investor inquiries, facilitating clear and timely communication between the company and the investment community.My mission is to reinforce trust and foster confidence in Cofle's vision and potential through proactive and insightful investor engagement.
