East Tennessee PBS is the Public Broadcast Memberstation that serves the East Tennessee Area with an annual operating budget of $5.5 million.I oversee a team consisting of full-time and contract staff and am responsible for revenue generation from the community, corporate support, grants, and programs. In the seven years since starting at East Tennessee PBS:- grown individual members by 36%- individual giving by over 43%- brought in over $4,000,000 in non-federal grants- developed key community partnerships responsible for over $1,000,000 in the past three yearsI have created mission-driven programs to address regional needs in education, workforce development, access to local arts, and more, all of which have increased station visibility and access to new funders and funding.

MDC is a nonprofit organization established 31 years ago by a joint resolution of City of Knoxville and Knox County to unite policy makers and leaders to address community substance abuse issues.MissionImprove the health of the greater Knoxville community by reducing the use of alcohol and drugs through policy, systems and environment change.

I lead team of designers responsible for visual messaging and branding for 13 local newspaper properties and our corporate office. We work across all platforms, including print, online, mobile, radio and video. Our mission is to be great stewards of our brand which has a 180 year legacy. Our goal - to challenge ourselves to find new and creative ways to express ideas - for every project, everyday.
