CurrentRITALKA is a family-owned manufacturing company with a passion for creating jobs in rural communities and doing the extraordinary with the ordinary - passions of mine as well!Beyond providing full life cycle recruiting, from marketing and sourcing to onboarding and orientation, for every open job at RITALKA, SpecSys, RVI, and Integral dx, my mission is to build strong relationships to position us an employer of choice in our rural communities. In my first six months on the job, I built a partnership with two local high schools through Minnesota's Youth Skills Training program. We are now approved to hire young welders who have completed industrial coursework to further their learning through on-the-job-training. More partnerships and student opportunities to come!Additionally, I assist the RITALKA HR team with reporting, HRIS, and projects.
