Barbara Reece, MSN, RN is an executive coach and President of Development Matters, LLC. My focus is on professional/leadership development, team building, performance management, career transitions, and work-life balance. I have been a Registered Nurse for 40 years with about 32 years in management/leadership positions. Specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, I have worked with clients in individual, family and group settings. My training in psychiatric nursing has proven absolutely beneficial when providing services. All of my gifts, talents, education, and prior experiences have contributed to my success. I have personally experienced the challenges of transition, finding personal and professional balance, and have an understanding of the complexities of health care.I have held leadership positions at: The Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals of Cleveland, St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky, the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, and Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio.
