The assessment will involve:o Identifying and documenting Medshield Medical Scheme current Quality Management Systemo Evaluating the implementation and effectiveness of our current Quality Management Systemo Comparing our current Quality Management System against ISO 9001 requirements and identifying areas that require developmento Identifying priorities based on Medshield Medical Scheme current and future needs• QMS Implementation: Recommend solutions that meet the needs and align with the priorities identified in the QMS assessment. Work with the Quality Manager and other relevant stakeholders to implement and improve Quality processes. Actions may include:o Updating and completing Quality documents and procedures required for ISO 9001o Implementing internal Quality auditso Implementing an inventory management system• QMS Maintenance: Ensure that Medshield Medical Scheme Quality Management System remains effective and continues to improve on an on-going basis. o Promote adherence to quality policies and procedures within the companyo Lead continual improvement initiatives and participate in the QMS management review processo Ensure that ISO 9001 requirements are being met consistently and oversee recertification audits• Quality Operations: Participate in the management and execution of the on-going Quality activities that form part of Medshield Medical Scheme Quality Management System. o Managing and training Quality operatorso Holding regular Quality update meetings with staff and managemento Overseeing internal auditso Carrying out root cause analysis and implementing corrective action
