My professional mission as an independent Agile Coach and organizational Change Agent is to help organizations, teams, managers and employees in achieving sustainable improvements in their (agile) way of working.My strength is to improve collaboration and increase focus, combined with setting clear priorities and responsibilities.Respect for people, trust and transparency are my starting points as a coach. I use Agile/Scrum as a guideline to improve business value, implement continuous improvement and to drive organizational change. I have a strong personal drive for sustainability and social responsibility. So I'm very interested in opportunities to create a more sustainable society together.
