My professional mission as an independent Agile Coach and Change Agent is to help (IT) organizations, teams, managers and employees in achieving sustainable improvements in their processes and results.
My strength is to increase focus, combined with clear priorities and responsibilities.
Respect for people, trust and transparency are my starting points as a coach. I use Agile/Scrum as a framework to improve business value, implement continuous improvement and to drive organizational change.
All this leads to better cooperation and higher performance at both team level and organizational level.
Besides that I have a strong personal drive for sustainability and social responsibility. So I'm interested in opportunities to create a more sustainable society together.
